There is the Kingdom of God and the kingdom of darkness; no other options. The lives of children and youth are vital to the battle that wages between these kingdoms. Your teenagers face challenges that no other generation in world history has ever had to combat. With phones, technology, and the pressures of this world hitting teens at younger and younger ages, it becomes imperative that strategically and intentionally make room and time to get our teens in environments that will build up who God created them to be. Teens need to know God. Through knowing God, they can find confidence in their God-given identity. In Nevada (let’s be real), our teens face sex trafficking, sexting, abuse, temptation, and pressures like no other generation. Even our public schools are championing confusion and sexual grooming. Boys are being taught they can be girls and girls being taught they can be boys. Confused boys are encouraged to take over girls sports. Drag shows are promoted in high schools. Relational disfunction is pushed in middle school and high school.
