CONVO Kids is Safe!
Every child is checked-in through a secure, digital check-in system. A coded sticker is placed on your child's shirt and another copy given to the parent/guardian. Only the parent/guardian who checked them in can check them out with the sticker.
Every CONVO Kids team member has passed a background check to work with your children.

The one things all kids love to share is their germs! So we consistently clean our equipment and toys to help create a germ-free environment, as much as possible. For this reason, we ask that you not check-in your child if you know they are sick.

Security & Important Protocols
In our modern world, the safety and security of our children is of the utmost importance. CONVO Church has a highly trained safety team that works to ensure the public safety of everyone who is attending our services and events; especially the safety of our children. For that reason, we have strict security protocols and policies in place to ensure that no one has access to your children or even the children’s ministry spaces except deeply background checked team members.
- We have a clear drop off and pick up zone for parents and/or those with security access to pick up a child with the corresponding check-in sticker.
- No person, parent, guardian, sibling, or anyone else without proper clearance is allowed down the hallway of CONVO Kids rooms, period. Your child will be received at check in and will be brought to you at pick up.
- If you are requested to assist our Kids team with your child for whatever reason, you child’s check-in number will appear on the top right corner or the main screen in the worship center. A team member will meet you at the drop off zone with further details. If needed, they can escort you to your child to assist in whatever the need may be.
- No phones are allowed to be with your child in CONVO Kids for any reason. There are no exceptions. This is for safety and a distraction free environment.
