Media Production Coordinator: Part-time Staff Position
Role Summary
The Media Production Coordinator executes the Lead Pastors’ vision by capturing, producing, and distributing high-quality media that supports Sunday services, discipleship, and online engagement. This role oversees all video, photo, and digital media for CONVO Church, ensuring excellence, consistency, and strong storytelling across every platform.
The position is responsible for recording and managing Sunday sermons and services, overseeing sermon audio capture, coordinating volunteers, and processing media for timely distribution. It also includes creating engaging content for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok), designing weekly announcement slides, moderating online platforms, and maintaining strong visual execution during services in collaboration with the Creative and Pastoral Teams.
Beyond technical execution, this leader sets goals aligned with the church’s vision, communicates consistently with ministry leaders, and commits to ongoing learning in media tools and technology. They actively participate in church leadership life, model spiritual maturity and generosity, and embody CONVO Church’s core values—serving with excellence, humility, passion, and a team-first mindset.
