Some people refer to Easter as the Super Bowl of Christianity. And yes, it's a huge deal! All of Christianity hinges on this historical and supernatural event in history almost 2000 years ago. What many call “Easter” is really Resurrection Sunday. The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the main event that separates Christianity from every religion of the world. While people all over the world pursue their own path to God or to a higher power, everyone who was the main character or mouthpiece of all religions are dead. Jesus is STILL ALIVE! And we praise God for this. As the angel told Mary, “He is not here. He has risen!” This is the hope we have as Christians! Because Jesus rose from the dead, we can be forgiven of our sins, healed of our infirmities, have hope for the life to come for eternity, and be welcomed into the Kingdom of God by faith in the resurrected Messiah through the grace of our God. We invite you to make this day not simply a tradition to be observed at church one day a year, but something you live for daily and celebrate in church weekly with us at CONVO Church. God is raising up a remnant army of Christians who will welcome in the Kingdom of God and will purposefully live for God as we prepare for the return of King Jesus, our resurrected living Savior and Lord. He has risen! He has risen indeed!

Fernley, wherever you are.  You are welcome to encounter God, find forgiveness, hope, assurance, healing, salvation, and freedom.  This is all possible through what Jesus did on the cross and raising from the dead to defeat and overcome death, sin, hell, and the grave. CONVO Church is excited to meet you, host you and your family and/or friends. We are not putting on a show. We’re gathering to worship God and celebrate the resurrected Christ. It’s a party!
